Weapons, ammo and radio broadcast station left behind by terrorists found in Deir Ezzor

The internal security personnel found weapons and ammunition and a radio broadcasting station left behind by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists in the area of al-Mayadeen in Deir Ezzor southeastern countryside.

SANA’s reporter in Deir Ezzor said that while performing their daily task of preserving security and protecting public and private properties, internal security personnel found weapons, ammunition, radio broadcasting station, printer, and tunnel’s digger left behind by Daesh (ISIS) terrorists in al-Mayadeen area.

Internal Security Chief at al-Mayadeen area brigadier general Mohammad Ammar Talab told SANA that while combing the city of al-Mayadeen and the surrounding villages, the internal security personnel found a radio broadcasting station.

Talab added that ISIS terrorists had been using that station to broadcast their extremist Takfiri thoughts, in addition to finding a German-made printer which they used to print their Takfiri books.

He added that a German-made machine for digging tunnels was also found which was used by terrorists to dig tunnels, in addition to finding an iron cage which they used to torture civilians through putting them inside it while they are naked.

He said that the internal security personnel also found weapons and ammunition left behind by ISIS terrorists in the town of al-Quryia in the eastern countryside of al-Mayadeen as they were buried in one of the agricultural lands.

The found weapons and ammunition also included a 14,5 mm Dushka machineguns, automatic rifles, bombakshen, PKC ammunition , missile telescope and ammunition of RPG launcher.
