At least 15 people are killed and 83 are injured in Boko Haram attack on two villages in northern Nigeria

At least 18 people have been killed, while 84 wounded in Boko Haram attack in Nigeria near the Northeastern city of Maiduguri overnight, local emergency services reported.

“So far we have recovered 18 dead bodies from the two villages Bale Shuwa and Bale Kura. The victims were killed while trying to escape the fight between the insurgents and the military,” the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) was quoted as reporting by AFP.
