US-led Coalition destroys Islamic State hideouts in Hemrin

Iraq’s Security Media Cell reported, on Saturday, that the US-led Coalition launched airstrikes in Hemrin Mountains.

The Cell said in a statement, “based on Intelligence, and in coordination with the Joint Operations Command, the Global Coalition aircraft carried out nine airstrikes in the Hemrin Mountains which resulted in the destruction of five terrorist hideouts.”
