Two women from Kosovo accused of joining the Islamic State terrorist group in Syria
Prosecutors in Kosovo have filed terrorism charges against two women accused of having joined the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group in Syria.
The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo said on Friday it had filed the indictment against two suspects, identified only as L.I, and A.A to the Basic Court in Pristina, Gazeta Express reports.
The suspects are part of a group of 110 Kosovo citizens repatriated from Syria in April last year. They included four alleged IS fighters, 32 women, and 74 children.
