Two Islamic State terrorists killed in Erbil’s Qarachogh
Two Islamic State (ISIS) group militants were killed in a joint attack by Peshmerga forces and the Iraqi army in Qarachogh in Erbil province on Thursday (December 30), said Ghazi Faisal, a commander in the Peshmerga forces.
Faisal said that Peshmerga, the Iraq army and a team of French forces have attacked ISIS in Qarachogh mountain this morning.
He also said that fighting is still ongoing and no casualties have been reported from the joint forces so far.
On December 27, ISIS militants attacked Saladin governorate police, killing three and injuring four from the police forces.
