ISIS and al-Qaeda threatened with terrorist attacks on US for recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel

Supporters of the Islamic State (ISIS) and al-Qaeda on Thursday threatened to attack Americans after US president Donald Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Reports were from SITE, a website that monitors Islamic extremism online. One of the messages posted vows to “we will cut your heads off and we will liberate Jerusalem”, flanked by photos of the al-Aqsa mosque.
