ISIS terrorists are training children to be suicide bombers in special camps
An ISIS-trained teen said his sympathy for children led to his failed attempt to bomb an Iraqi soccer stadium over the summer. “When I reached the target, I knew it was wrong. When I saw the young kids, I knew it was wrong immediately,” Mahmoud Ahmed, 15, tells Sky News in a story posted Sunday. “I returned back to my trainer, but he said go straight back.”
The boy told the shocking tale of being trained at an ISIS camp for children while in custody at a juvenile detention center where he has been held since his arrest in August. Ahmed said he initially refused to return to the stadium, but his handler said it was “an order from Abu Islam,” an ISIS commander.
Shortly after he went back, police arrested him – preventing him from detonating a suicide belt he had strapped around his chest underneath a Barcelona soccer shirt. Photos from the scene show Ahmed bursting into tears as Iraqi cops removed the explosives. Suicide bombings were just one of the many tactics Ahmed learned at the special ISIS camp for kids.
