ISIS terrorists carried out motorcycle drive-by attacks on Kurdish forces

Over the last several days, self-proclaimed Islamic State terrorists operating along the eastern shore of the Euphrates River have been in the midst of a general counter-offensive against Syrian pro-Coalition forces (of which Kurdish units comprise are a core component).

The operation – dubbed ‘Revenge for the virtuous women’ – has seen the terrorist group make a series of noteworthy assaults against US-led paramilitary groups at the village of Al-Bahra as well as the towns of Haijin and Gharanij.

According to field reports by ISIS, the counter-offensive has so far managed to lift a siege imposed on its forces by pro-Coalition militias inside Gharanij and is now preparing to retake the entire town.

Footage released by the ISIS-linked Amaq News Agency shows takfiri militants engaging US-backed forces at the village of Al-Bahra with light infantry units, part to which seems to involve carrying out motorcycle drive-by style attacks.
