Terrorists kill three and abducted many people in Taraba

Suspected terrorists have attacked a mosque in Taraba State, while worshippers were breaking their fast and reportedly killed three persons.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening at Baba Juli village in Bali Local Government Area of the state.

Residents told our correspondent that the terrorists also abducted many worshippers from inside the mosque and took them to an unknown destination.

It was gathered that the terrorists numbering more than 50 rode on motorcycles when they invaded the village.

The Taraba State Police Command’s spokesman, Usman Abdullahi, confirmed the incident, adding that he is waiting for more details from the Divisional Police Officer in Bali.
