Terrorists open fire at Kashmiri Pandit shopkeeper in Jammu & Kashmir’s Shopian

A Kashmiri Pandit shopkeeper was injured in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district Monday evening after terrorists opened fire at him. The victim – identified as Bal Krishnan of Chotigam village in Shopian – suffered injuries in his hand and leg.

Following the attack, the victim was taken to an Army hospital in Srinagar, where doctors stated his condition to be stable.

In a separate incident, two non-local laborers were shot at and injured by terrorists in the Lajoora area on Monday afternoon.

The injured were identified as Patleshwar Kumar and Jako Chowdhary, both residents of Bihar. On Monday, a CRPF jawan was martyred, and another was injured in Srinagar.

The two CRPF men, who received bullet injuries, were shifted to a nearby hospital.
