ISIS terrorists killed two fishermen in Ninevah
Islamic State (IS) militants have killed two fishermen in southern Mosul, a security source from the Nineveh police said.
Talking to BasNews, Cap. Ziyad Iyad, said that the extremists had committed the crime near the region of Hammam al-Alil, in an island in south of Mosul.
The official noted that the two victims’ bodies were taken to the forensic department.
Earlier on Thursday, 18 insurgents of the extremist group were announced to have been killed by the federal police in a military campaign in the same province.
The Islamic State was declared defeated last year, but its sleeper cells have been continuing on conducting terrorist activities in most liberated areas across the country.
