ISIS terrorists use “prayer” method to collect money from the residents of Mosul

According to a local source in Nineveh, on Friday, ISIS is resorting to a new method to extort the residents of western Mosul. The source claimed that the terror group uses prayer to obtain money, in a style he described as “money in exchange for prayer.
“The source asserted that “ISIS organization placed medium-sized wooden boxes at the entrances of some mosques in western Mosul, before the commencement of the Friday prayers to push worshipers to donate money.”
