ISIS terrorists execute civilian abductee in western Anbar
The jihadists of Islamic State (IS) have executed a civilian in less than a month after abducting him in the town of Rubtah, western Anbar province.
According to a report by Al-Sumariyah News, citing an anonymous source, the victim alongside 22 more civilians were kidnapped while gathering truffles in the areas of Jalabat in the town 23 days ago.
In the meantime, the insurgents, earlier the month, executed five abductees in Anbar’s Rutbah and Nakhib regions, locals reported.
Over 30 people were kidnapped in the provinces of Anbar and Salahaddin last month while trying to pick up truffles. The bodies of some of them were later found by the security forces in western Anbar.
