ISIS and other rival terrorist groups exchange heavy fire in the southern parts of Syria

The ISIS and rival terrorists exchanged heavy fire in two provinces in Southern Syria, inflicting major casualties on each other, dissident sources reported on Sunday.

The sources said that Jeish al-Islam stormed ISIL’s positions in al-Zein neighborhood in Hajar al-Aswad region in the Northern countryside of Damascus city and managed to capture three positions that were under ISIL’s control for a long time.

In the meantime, the Free Syrian Army clashed with ISIL in Hajez al-Roba’ei region in Western Dara’a, leaving a number of casualties on both warring sides.

Field sources reported on Saturday that ISIL once again stormed the positions of its rival terrorist group of Jeish al-Islam in the Southern countryside of Damascus city, taking control over a number of their strongholds.

The sources said that ISIL engaged in clashes with Jeish al-Islam in Hajar al-Aswad region to the South of the capital, imposing control over three buildings in al-Zein neighborhood.

The clashes inflicted several casualties on both sides.
