At least 10 Iraqi students are severely burned while they were celebrating the victory over ISIS
At least 11 Iraqi college students received burns in an incident during a celebration at the Babil University organised to mark the fall of Islamic State (IS) in the country.
According to local health authorities, most of the victims were severely injured and under treatment now.
The fire erupted from a number of balloons prepared to be flown by the students.
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced the complete defeat of IS last December when the terrorist group was ousted from its last pockets in the western province of Anbar.
