Special Forces of the Afghan Intelligence arrest young ISIS recruits in Jalalabad city

The Special Forces of the Afghan Intelligence arrested three new recruits of ISIS terrorist group during an operation in Nangarhar.

The Governor’s Office of Nangarhar in a statement said the Special Forces of National Directorate of Security (NDS) arrested three young recruits of ISIS terrorist group in Jalalabad city on Monday.

The statement further added that another ISIS group member who was transporting the young men was also arrested during the operation.

The Governor’s Office also added that the new recruits are originally hailing from Faryab province and cannot speak Pashto language.

The anti-government armed elements including ISIS loyalists have not commented in this regard so far.
