Sinmyah Amera Ceasar (also known as Umm Nutella) is a New Jersey native who acted as a double agent for the Islamic State and provided material support to the terrorist group.

She was arrested in November 2016 at New York’s Kennedy Airport while preparing to leave the country.

Ceasar signed a cooperation agreement with the federal government following the sentencing. But afterward, she secretly continued supporting the terrorist group.

She shared propaganda on social media, and then would vet those interested and vouch for them to fellow terror supporters.
