32 Shabab Militants Killed In Somalia
The Somali National Army (SNA) said Wednesday that 32 members of the militant Al-Shabab group were killed and dozens of others injured in military operation in Qaycad district, Mudug region, in the central state of Galmudug.
The operation, conducted jointly with the local Darwish forces, led also to the seizure of alarge quantity of munitions, Somali National News Agency (SONNA) reported, citing SNA Commander Gen. Mohammad Ali Nur.
Earlier today, Information, Culture and Tourism, H.E Daud Aweys Jama said 200 militants of the group had been killed in the ongoing operation since the beginning of this week in Galmudug and neighboring areas.
