Several mass graves of ISIS’s victims found in Eastern Syria

The army’s engineering units carried out cleansing operation in the Western direction of Albu Kamal region near the border with Iraq and discovered 7 mass graves with a large number of bodies of people that were killed by the ISIL.

The Syrian Red Crescent has thus far discovered 101 bodies of the people who had been tortured by the ISIL before their execution.

The Red Crescent announced further that unearthing bodies of victim from the mass graves is still underway.

In a relevant development on Tuesday, Raqqa Civil Team discovered tens of bodies belonging to the civilians that were killed in the US-led coalition airstrikes and ISIL terrorists’ offensives and buried under the debris of building and in mass graves in Raqqa city.

The team members found 2 bodies from under the debris of a ruined building in al-Thaknah neighborhood in Raqqa city yesterday.

The victims were killed in the US air attacks.

Eleven more bodies were unearthed from a mass grave in Panorama district South of Raqqa city.

At least 20 bodies of civilians, including of women and children, were discovered from another mass grave in Panorama and several more were taken out from under the debris of the buildings ruined in the US raids in al-Badou and al-Jaramiyah neighborhoods in Raqqa city.
