Role: Unit 900 has recruited the customs official at Beirut Airport, Samer Ibrahim Dia, who runs a network of dealers for the party in all ranks and positions at the airport.

Samir Dia receives his orders directly from Wafiq Safa, the head of Hezbollah’s liaison and coordination unit, which shows the extent and depth of Hezbollah’s control over the airport.
