Ridvan Hacifi, born on July 04, 1990 in Gnjilane (Kosovo), is an Islamic State terrorist who joined the terrorist group in Syria.

Hacifi appeared in Islamic State propaganda video under the alias Abu Al-Muqatil Kosovo.

In July 2014, received the position of commander of the Albanian terrorist organization in the Islamic country.

Many media outlets and his family claimed that Hacifi is killed during the battles for the Islamic State in Syria.

But the authorities in Kosovo can’t confirm his death because they don’t have official information from the battlegrounds in Syria.
