Nine people arrested for membership of terror group in Afghanistan

Nine people have been detained on charges membership of Taliban and ISIS groups in east of the country.

The people were arrested during recent days in clearing operations of security troops in parts of Nangarhar, Laghman and Kunduz provinces.

Selab army corps in east of country with releasing of a statement said, the detainees confessed being involved in Taliban and ISIS groups in the first investigation, as well as participating in dozens of terror attacks in east of the country.

From the detainees weapons and documents showing their membership in Taliban and ISIS groups were also seized.
