Terror organization: Hezbollah

Status: Head of Hezbollah’s communications department.

Role: Muhammad Rashid Saqafy was a veteran terrorist in Hezbollah, serving as head of the communications system since 2000, was close to Hezbollah senior officials and had extensive experience and authority in the organization.

The terrorist Saqafy invested a lot of effort in developing continuous communication between all units and systems in the terrorist organization, in routine and emergency situations, with the goal of maintaining a continuous flow of information in the organization.

The communications system serves as a headquarters unit responsible for maintaining communication continuity in the organization, and is responsible, among other things,for the development, maintenance, and use of Hezbollah’s communications systems in routine and emergency situations.

Hezbollah defined Saqafy as the “Shahid and commander of Jihad”, title only the elite command of Hezbollah received.
