Role: Operative that was a member of the squad that execute the attacks in Buenos Aires at the Israeli embassy in 1992, and at the AMIA building of the Jewish community in 1994. He is involved in other terror attempts of Hezbollah before and after Argentina attacks at the 90’s;

He was also part of assassination plots around 2008 that Hezbollah’s unit 910 planned to launch as a revenge to Mughniyeh’s death.

Unverified Rumor – There are strong rumors that around the year 2010 approximately, he was recruited by Israel and was caught by Hezbollah in 2015.

He was years in Europe in countries like Spain and Italy and apparently this is where Israel recruited him. The leverage was that he had a second wife that knew about his real business.
