More people killed by Islamic State-planted landmines in Syria
Four landmines left behind by Daesh terrorists have killed four people, including two children, in the last hours in Syria, according to reports.
A separate landmine explosion in the city of Palmira, about 250 kilometers northeast of this capital, killed three siblings.
Health authorities reported that two of these siblings were seriously injured and died at the hospital, while the third is in intensive care.
Plus, two people died and six were injured after an explosion of two landmines planted on agricultural land in the towns of Hewez and Khashabia, in the north of Hama province, 235 kilometers north of Damascus.
Local activists explained that the explosives were planted by radicals of former al-Nousra front before their defeat in late 2018.
