Member of Iraqi forces wounded in Islamic State terorrist attack in Tuz Khurmatu
A soldier in the Iraqi army was wounded in an attack by Islamic State (ISIS) militants in western Tuz Khurmatu in Salahadin governorate, a police source told NRT.
The soldier was shot by an ISIS sniper in the village of Zarga and was sent to a hospital for treatment.
The source also noted ISIS militants have been targeting security forces in the area, as well as personnel guarding thermal cameras and the cameras themselves, which are used to detect movement at night.
