Leader of ISIS terrorist cell captured near Kirkuk
Iraqi intelligence service announced on Wednesday the arrest of a leading member of the Islamic State (IS) in an area between Kirkuk and Salahaddin provinces in northern Iraq.
The man was the leader of an IS terrorist ring in the area who was responsible for multiple terrorist attacks and violent acts.
Security forces seized several weapons and multiple documents as well as dozens of car plate numbers.
The car plate numbers could prove that the jihadist used vehicles to move around and organize terrorist attacks.
