Islamic State terrorists release a young man for $5000 who was kidnapped in a disputed area
A local official said on Thursday that ISIS released a young man among the seven people who had been kidnapped during the last period on Qarah Tebah district road, north of Diyala governorate in exchange for a ransom of 5000 US dollars.
The source said that one of those seven who were kidnapped about 21 days ago on Qarah Tebah road, specifically near “Qaryatakh village “, was released yesterday in exchange for a ransom of 5000 US dollars.
The source added that the young man released by the gunmen worked as a large truck driver and a resident of the disputed Khanaqin district.
