Islamic State terrorists attacked bus in Deir Ezzor desert leaving nearly 25 casualties
SOHR activists have documented the death of four people and injury of over 20 others in an attack by ISIS members on a bus in Al-Shawla desert in the southern countryside of Deir Ezzor. SOHR is unable to verify the identities of the victims whether they were civilians, visitors coming from Iraq or combatants in plain clothes.
On May 18, Observatory activists documented the death of two regime soldiers and injury of others in an ambush by ISIS members who targeted regime soldiers when they were near Wadi Al-Zakkar area which is located between Al-Dawwah area and Jabal Al-Ammour in the Syrian desert.
