Islamic State terrorists abducts two Kurdish farmers in Qara Tapa
The jihadists of the Islamic State (IS) abducted on Monday night a couple of Kurdish farmers in the disputed town of Qara Tapa, an official has confirmed.
Wa’ad Akram, a Kurdish official in the area, told BasNews that the two Kurdish farmers were kidnapped by the IS insurgents in the village of Narin, in Diyala’s Qara Tapa town.
“The farmers were busy with cultivating their fields before the insurgents of Daesh attacked and abducted them,” Akram explained.
He further pointed out that the incident has caused panic among the villagers as the countryside has been a safe place in comparison to other surrounding areas.
