Islamic State remnants killed a civilian in Saladin

An official security source reported on Wednesday that one civilian was killed and another was wounded in Saladin governorate.

The source told the Shafaq news agency, that an explosive device of ISIS remnants exploded next to a vehicle in Tikrit killing one civilian and wounded another.
