Islamic State commander surrenders to Afghan army forces in Kunar
A commander of ISIS terrorist group given up violence and joined peace process. Mullah Qader Jan had previously been engaged in terrorist activities in parts of Dara-e-Pech District.
While surrendering to government, the commander said, he would than contribute to rebuilding and secreting in his land.
Selab army corps in east of the country with releasing a statement said, with surrendering of the commander, will reduce violence in parts of Kunar.
