Islamic State key member killed in Nangarhar

A key member of Islamic State for Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group was killed by Afghan security forces in eastern Nangarhar province the night before last.

Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA reporter, Dawoud Lala the ISIS member had active role for the terrorist group in Batti Koot and Sarkh Roaud district of the province that targeted and killed by Afghan Special Forces in Batti Koot district of Nangarhar.

According to another report, an insurgent along with his weapon hand joined peace process in Khogyani district of the province yesterday.
