ISIS orders to the citizens of Mosul to replace their license plates by the end of this month

The Islamic State is imposing new financial procedures in Mosul, northern Iraq. The terror group now demands that citizens register their cars under a “Wilayat Ninawa” license plate in exchange for 25,000 dinars ($ 21).
Media activist Abdulla Al Mulla reported from Mosul that “the Police-affiliated Traffic Department at the “Wilayat Ninawa” in the Islamic State issued a new set of decisions forcing owners of small and large car to change their license plates within a period not exceeding the end of this month.”
