ISIS connection of Jharkhand’s Arshad, alert in Garhwa-Hazaribagh

After his arrest, now the investigating agencies have started investigating Arshad’s network in Moradabad. Due to this, the intelligence agency gathered information by interrogating Arshad’s in-laws for about three hours on Tuesday.
