Iraqi security forces detained a number of terror perpetrators in Baghdad

The security forces arrested today a number of persons in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.

Baghdad Operations command’s Media office said in a statement that the Sixth Infantry Division carried out pre-emptive operations to secure areas and conduct searching campaigns north and west of Baghdad. It managed to arrest a number of suspects, including two terrorists.

The defendants’ crimes varied between terrorism, drugs, theft, and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
