Indonesian police authorites arrested terrorist suspect in West Java
The Indonesian police’s anti-terror squad arrested a terrorist suspect who was accused of funding a banned group in Bogor district of West Java province, a police officer said on Wednesday.
Spokesman for the National Police Brigadier Gen. Awi Setiyono said the suspect was the head of a sub-sector consisting of entrepreneurs who give funding to the outlawed organization in Sentul area.
“The sending of about 80 members to Syria for military training was also financed by these donors,” Setiyono added.
