Terror organization: Hezbollah

Status: Commander of the Rocket and missile unit

Role: Qubaisi joined Hezbollah in the 80’s. Since then, he has held a series of key military positions in the organization, including a senior position in the operations array in southern Lebanon. He also commanded the ‘Badar’ unit on the southern front. In 2000, he planned the kidnapping of three IDF soldiers on Mount Dov. Qubaisi commanded the various missile units of Hezbollah, including the precision missile units. During the fighting with Israel since October 2023 he was responsible for the launches towards the Israeli rear.
