Houthi gunmen brutally assault an academic in Sanaa
Houthi gunmen brutally attacked Dr. Ibrahim Al-Kabsi, an academic, in the capital, Sanaa, on Tuesday.
He was subsequently transferred to a hospital. Human rights sources reported that Dr. Mohammed Al-Kabsi, the brother of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Kabsi, informed several activists that his brother had been subjected to a “savage and brutal” assault, resulting in his hospitalization, while his car sustained significant damage.
His brother said that he has no information regarding his brother current health condition.
Dr. Al-Kabsi is one of the most prominent critics of the repressive and barbaric practices of the Houthi militia, particularly after eight years of their refusal to pay salaries to government employees in various areas under their control.
