Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist encountered in Pulwama as one Indian Jawan was also martyred in the firing

Jammu and Kashmir Police and Indian Army laid down a joint operation to neutralize terrorists in the state. The latest encounter that took place in Pulwama district killed one Hizbul Commander who was responsible for the murder of Constable Anup Singh.

One Indian Jawan was also martyred in the firing. The terrorist was killed while he tried to flee from the operation site.

Over 120 terrorists have been killed in Kashmir Valley this year, out of which, 22 terrorists in the month of June.

Three terrorists belonging to Jaish-e-Mohammed terror group were killed in an encounter with the security forces in Kulgam district on the 17th of July.
