Status: Commander of Operations in unit 4400.

Role: He was Nasrallah ‘s son-in-law (was married to his only daughter Zainab), and the brother of Muhammad Jaffar Qasir, the commander of unit 4400. Unit 4400 is in charge of smuggling weapons, explosives, missile parts and money to Hezbollah through Syrian borders. It has multiplied collaborations with Quds Force including unit 190. Eliminated in Damascus’ Al Mezzeh neighborhood, October 2024.
