Hamas terrorist group mourns Kuwait’s Emir and hails his role in supporting Palestine
The Hamas Movement has mourned Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah, who passed away on Tuesday, remembering his great contributions to Palestine and the Arab and Muslim nations.
“We are sharing with the State of Kuwait, its leadership and people the sorrow and pain of losing the emir of humanity and the man of brave and wise positions who was known for his white hands and had a life perfumed by goodness, sacrifices and generosity, and we are remembering, with love, appreciation and pride, all the great efforts he had made during his life and career to serve the Arab and Islamic countries’ issues and support their unity, security and stability,” Hamas said in a press release on Tuesday evening.
“At the forefront of those issues was the Palestinian cause, especially Jerusalem, the Aqsa Mosque, the Palestinian people’s rights, their steadfastness and legitimate struggle, which made the brotherly State of Kuwait a leading supporter of our people’s cause, their rights and holy sites,” the Movement added.
It offered its sincerest condolences to Kuwait, its leadership, people, and all those who loved the late Emir, praying to Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy upon him and make paradise his eternal dwelling place.
