Grenade explosion killed child in the Al-Raqqah city
SOHR activists have documented the death of a 13-year-old boy in a grenade explosion in Al-Senaa neighbourhood in the SDF-held city of Al-Raqqah, the former capital of ISIS in Syria.
Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that gunmen, believed to be affiliated with ISIS cells, shot dead an SDF fighter at Al-Asadiyah farm in north Al-Raqqah countryside.
According to SOHR activists, the SDF fighter was from Al-Mayadeen city, which is controlled by Iranian-backed militias in Deir Ezzor countryside.
This came in light of escalating activity by ISIS cells across SDF-controlled areas, particularly in Al-Raqqah and Deir Ezzor provinces.
