Five Taliban insurgents were killed and seven others were wounded in a recent clashes with security forces in Helmand.
These clashes took place last night until this morning in parts of Nad Ali district during the inspection of security officers and their patrols.
Helmand police said in a statement that five Taliban insurgents were killed and seven others were wounded in the clashes.
At the end of the clashes, several Taliban weapons and some drugs fell into the hands of the military.
Another report says, two Taliban insurgents were killed in mine explosion in Helmand this morning.
The Taliban wanted to plant a roadside mine in Nahrsaraj district, the mine exploded and killed them.
