Fadi Al Mallah

Terror organization: Galilee Forces (Quwat al-Jalil).


Status: Head commander of the Galilee Forces, and Secretary General of the Palestinian Return Youth Movement.


Role: Fadi publicly began his military activity on the side of the Syrian regime forces in 2014, when he contributed to strengthening the “Galilee forces” with young men from Khan Dunoun camp and other Palestinian refugee camps. Their number reached around 5,000 and they received a military training from Hezbollah and the IRGC.

Fadi Al-Mallah is considered directly responsible for the violations committed by members of the Galilee Forces in the operations in which this division supported the regime forces and Hezbollah in the following operations:

Battles of Western Qalamoun (July-August 2014), which led to the control of some villages, towns, and hills in Western Qalamoun, and the clampdown on civilians in the border area with Lebanon.

The battles of Western Qalamoun (May-June 2015), which resulted in the displacement of the residents of those areas to the Lebanese outskirts of Arsal.

Aleppo battles (the second half of 2016), which led to the displacement of civilians from the eastern neighborhoods towards Idlib and the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Battles of the northern countryside of Hama (August-November 2016), which took place in the areas of Halfaya, Soran, Maaradis, Ma’an and several other hills, and an unknown number of civilians were killed.
The Battle of Wadi Barada (December 2016-February 2017), which resulted in the killing civilians, violations against the people of the region, and the displacement of some of the valley’s residents towards northern Syria.

The battles of the northern countryside of Hama (March-April 2017), which resulted in the death of many civilians as a result of the operations launched by the division against the towns of: Suran, Maaradis, Taybat al-Imam, Halfaya, Khattab, al-Majdal, and Meerzaf.

Western Qalamoun battles (July-August 2017), which led to the forcible displacement of about 7,000 civilians towards Idlib.

Battles east of the railway in the countryside of Aleppo, Idlib and Hama (October 2017-February 2018), which led to the death and injury of several civilians and the displacement of more than 150,000 civilians.
The battles of Eastern Ghouta (March-April 2018), which led to the death and injury of many civilians, the bombing of the city with chemical weapons, and the displacement of a large number of Ghouta residents towards the Syrian north.

The battles of the Yarmouk camp and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad (April-May 2018), which led to the displacement of the camp’s residents after it was destroyed and its property looted.

at a later stage in 2018; Members of the “Galilee Forces” were sent to participate in the operations in Deir Ezzor and the countryside of Raqqa under the supervision of the Lebanese “Hezbollah”, where about 80 of them were killed in the bombing of the coalition forces on the sites where they were stationed in Deir Ezzor.
