Syrian Army eliminates entire ISIS group of terrorists trying to reach southeast Deir Ezzor

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) eliminated an entire Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) that was trying to make their way to the southeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on Saturday.

According to reports, the Syrian Arab Army caught a group of ISIS fighters traveling through the Wadi Suheil area in the Al-Sukhnah countryside this morning.

The Syrian Arab Army quickly confronted the group and managed to kill and wound all of the Islamic State fighters before they could slip back into the Syrian Desert.

A source from the Syrian military told Al-Masdar News that these Islamic State fighters were likely going to try and aid their comrades that are currently fighting along the Syrian-Iraqi border.
