Daesh terror suspect nabbed in southern Türkiye

A suspected Daesh/ISIS terrorist has been arrested in the southern Turkish province of Kilis, security sources said on Tuesday.

Provincial gendarmerie forces apprehended the suspect, identified only by the initials M.E., at a road checkpoint near the village of Kupluce, said the sources on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.

The suspect was wanted for alleged membership of the terrorist group and other crimes.
