Clashes continue in Suwar town northeast of Deir ez-Zor between ISIS terrorists and SDF forces

Heavy clashes are taking place between SDF and ISIS in the town of Siwer northeast of Deir ez-Zor.

The Operation Cizire Storm launched by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to liberate Deir ez-Zor territory from ISIS continues in its 19th day. Violent clashes are taking place in the town of Suwar which SDF fighters have surrounded.

According to reports coming through, two ISIS members wearing suicide vests were killed by SDF fighters before they managed to reach their targets.

Half of the Suwar town northeast of Deir ez-Zor is under SDF control.
