Hamas stepping up with its arrest campaign against backdrop of electricity crisis
Hamas security forces stepped up their arrest campaign, at dawn on Sunday, against citizens, leaders of the Fatah Movement and other national factions. This is against the backdrop of the electricity crisis experienced by citizens in the Gaza Strip, who accuse Hamas of being accountable for it.
Local sources reported that the so-called (Hamas’) Internal Security sent a communiqué summoning Fatah member Marwan Abu Eida and Fatah leader Fadel Rihan, a resident of the northern Gaza Strip.
At the same time, Hamas arrested Mohammed Altramsa “Abu Ahmed,” the Secretary General of Fatah in the “Martyrs Area” of Sheikh Radwan East, along with Ashraf Elarabid, member of the “(Martyrs) Area” leadership, and Abdul Rahim al-Madhoun, a Fatah movement member in the area.
