ISIS sets Badush Cement Factory on fire in western Mosul

An officer in the elite Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) informed on Tuesday, that members of the Islamic State group burned Badush Cement Factory, in western Mosul.
CTS Officer, Major Ali Mohsen, said in a press statement, “The Islamic State group set Badush Cement Factory ablaze, after looting its contents.”

“Security forces also clashed with the Islamic State fighters, killing 15 militants and wounding 3 others,” Mohsen added.

Noteworthy, Islamic State group is burning facilities and houses, as well as destroying bridges, to hinder the security and military operations that were launched to liberate western Mosul, and drive out the group’s militants.
